Cost to Attend
The Cost to Attend our school depends on the jurisdiction of the Court where you received your citation. The fee you will pay includes charges by the state totaling $65, the school’s fee of $55 and the court fee which varies from $25 to $148. The following list reflects the Cost to Attend school for each court in Yavapai and Coconino County:

REFUND POLICY
Once a person begins the course, the fees are nonrefundable except that we may provide a refund of court diversion, state fees and the state surcharge when: (1) A student prepays, does not begin the course and does not contact us to reschedule for a future course. We shall refund the court diversion fee, state fee and state surcharge 30 days after the scheduled defensive driving course date or upon notification from the student that the student will not attend a course, whichever is first; (2) An officer fails to file a citation with a court and the cited person attends our school for that citation; or (3) A citation is dismissed by a jurisdictional court on its own motion for technical problems not correctable under civil traffic rules of court.
